Operations Executive (Freight Forwarding /Logistics)

**Responsibilities**:- To input/ update data in the computer systems- Co-ordinate with customer/vendor for shipment arrangement.- Handle for haulage/transport arrangement.- Update shipment status & required information to customer.- Preparing document (Bill of Lading/HAWB / invoice, etc)- Provide quality assurance of imported data, analysis data.- Perform data Delivery analysis and report.- Send pre-alert to destination agent & follow up destination clearance/delivery status.- Follow up D/O from agent/vendor- Assist to ensure all paperwork is well prepared and filed accordingly- Adhere to all SOPs and compliance procedures- To perform any other tasks as and when required.**Requirements**:- Good computer proficiency in MS Office- Good written and verbal communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin- Proactive, meticulous, team player, initiative with positive work attitude- Able to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
