Position Overview: The Lead of Operations at BJAK is a team-focused role that emphasizes hands-on leadership and operational expertise. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Lead of Operations is responsible for guiding and managing the operations team to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability across different areas of the business. This role requires close collaboration with team members and key stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day operations. Responsibilities: Develop and implement operational strategies that support the company's goals and growth objectives. Oversee daily operational tasks such as production, supply chain, quality assurance, and logistics to ensure smooth and effective workflows. Lead, mentor, and support the operations team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages growth and development. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote alignment and ensure operational excellence across the organization. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess team progress and identify areas for improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to support operational needs and achieve business objectives. Stay informed on industry trends, market changes, and regulatory requirements to guide the team's strategic decisions and mitigate risks. Requirements Strong organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset with a focus on team success and achieving results.
