Operations Manager (Dubai)

The ideal candidate will have experience in the online payments industry in particular handling operations in high risk industries within online payments. Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage daily operational activities, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. - Monitor transaction data and promptly analyze merchant transaction details. - Manage operational reconciliation, ensuring timely completion and resolution of any discrepancies. - Release frozen balances to merchants' available balances on a daily basis. - Provide customer support by responding to messages in merchant groups, including order inquiries and simple technical integration issues. - Coordinate with the technical team to facilitate channel integration and maintain detailed information about channels. - Assist in proofreading functional translations to ensure accuracy. - Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support as needed. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational processes and improve overall efficiency. Requirements: - Fluent in English language, Fluency in Mandarin is a strong asset - Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the e-commerce or financial industry. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficient in MS Excel and other relevant software. - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. - Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle complex operational issues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
