Industry/ Organization Type**:Logistics**:- Position Title**:Operations Officer (Air Freight) /Air Operation Officer**:- Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre- Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon - Fri (9 am - 6 pm) Sat (9 am - 1 pm) (alternate Saturday upon confirmation- Salary Package: Basic Salary +OT + AWS- Duration: Permanent Role**Key Responsibilities**- Start with handling air import duties, then gradually take on export responsibilities.- Manage incoming alerts for cargo release and coordination of delivery.- Inspect inbound cargo at the warehouse and report any issues to the team leader.- Follow up on jobs from customer service, draft and verify airway bills (AWBs).- Prepare and process AWBs, documentation, and customs declarations for outbound cargo.- Check export cargo at the warehouse and attach airline labels as necessary.- Pre-clear exports and imports with customs.- Input shipment details into the CCN system for customs compliance.- Handle billing and operational-related correspondence and tasks for both air imports and exports.- Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.**APPLY NOW!!!**- At least a Diploma in Business, Management or its equivalent.- Willing to work overtime when required.- Individuals without experience are encouraged to apply; training is provided.Anradus Pte Ltd | EA License No. 20C0161 | Angel Lim | EA Reg No.: R1769781**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,200.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Are you aware that this position is based in Singapore?
