The Operation Security Trainer will train new and current staff or ensure that required/remedial training is completed, assess their work performance and provide on-the-job guidance and training based on SOP.- Responsible for implementing standardized training programs and briefing topics that Security Officers must take to be qualified for their job.- Oversee employees after they complete their training to evaluate their performance and ensure compliance with the organization's security policies.- Create staff schedules for employee availability, designate shift times, contact employees to fill vacant shifts and calculate overtime.- Supervisors regularly inspect equipment to ensure that their staff has everything they require to perform their jobs.- Assist by detaining suspects until local authorities arrive and answering questions about the incident.- Investigate and take the appropriate lawfully action as authorized by the corporate policy on accidents, incidents, trespassing, suspicious activities, safety and fire incidents- Prepare report writing for any incidents occurs.- Punctuality and to be on standby when required.- Reliable person and able to perform ad-hoc tasks given by the superior from time to timeJob Requirement:- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field.- Required Skill(s): Good communication skill with others, able to work under pressure, have a fast pace in completing given tasks, have sense of responsibility in the given job position, able to work independently, meet tight deadlines and have a helpful personality- Possess good personality, behaviour and positive mindset- Must hold a valid driving license for vehicle and motorcycle.
