Operations Supervisor (Logistics/Warehouse)

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:- Oversee day-to-day operational activities and menpower arrangement- Monitoring and reporting of staff performance on daily basis- Preparation of operation reports to facilitate management decision-making- Ensure good housekeeping and safety standards- Continuous improvement on operational processes- Assist in providing guidance and training to operation staff- To liaise with courier companies to ensure items are delivered on time- To perform other ad-hoc activities / assignments from superiors / Directors**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:- At least 2 to 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.- Required Skill(s): Good computer skills.- Well versed in Microsoft Office Applications.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work and passionate about generating high quality.
