Operations Technician

**Job Descriptions**:- Perform frequent safety and quality observations in the field and report findings- Monitors and log the operating parameters of the plant through field and HMI, to ensure all checklist and forms are fill up completely and precisely, as stipulated by the Superior- To monitor and supervise the production workers and to ensure continuing quality performance and work efficiency.- Monitor the correct operations of all plant and equipment reducing and controlling plant upsets- Maintain process quality within the current Company and / or local guidelines- Work closely with floor workers/ Technicians on all matters related to operation- Ensure that Company and Operation Standards are followed- To assist to monitor and update of work progress as when required, meanwhile, to ensure good maintenance, upkeep and safety of plant, machinery, and equipment; and cleanliness/ environmental protection measures of the premises.- Maintain historical trends of Production systems and immediately inform superior when the system is unstable or malfunctioning**Job Requirements**:- Requires language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the process industries; oil & gas, chemicals and petrochemical fields will be an added advantage- Communicate effectively to technical and non-technical persons- Details, specific and **hands-on** in approach with good analytical skills- High commitment on execution, aggressive, dynamic and result oriented- Self-motivated, able to work independently and work pressure with under tight schedulePay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Evening shift- Night shift- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Port Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- Expected Salary**Experience**:- Technician: 1 year (preferred)- Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)- Oil and Gas: 1 year (preferred)
