Then read on.WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....- Primary responsibilities are to provide project management support to business lead throughout entire life cycle of project- Perform some data analysis and results monitoring for the project- Assist the Business Lead to complete the project within its planned scope and scheduleProject Management - 80%- To help the business lead in completion of documents, eg. URS (Internal)- To be able to design the test script and test plan for UAT- To prepare the test data for UAT- To perform the UAT testing and log all test cases and defects accordingly- To represent and be involved in UAT defect mgmt. meetings- To prepare user guide / SOP for the project- Planning, coordinating workshop & change management setup (Involving internal & external stakeholders) where requiredReporting: 20%- Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project documentation and reports- To generate analysis & provide concise, insightful summary of information to head of department & Exco- To ensure all arrangement between AIA and Vendor are executed in timely manner- Strong communication skills and ability to effectuate change at multiple levels of the organization- Ability to handle multitasking environment, meet deadlines, and work with a wide range of sensitive and confidential issues.- Self-motivated and self-starter, and able to work under mínimal supervision- Ability to learn and understand end-to-end system behavior- Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives._
