Operator Brush Nickel (Surface Treatment)

**Qualifications**:- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in surface treatment processes is preferred.- Experience in surface treatment, electroplating, or related manufacturing processes.- Knowledge of brush plating techniques, equipment operation, and chemical handling.- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.- Attention to detail, precision, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.- Strong commitment to safety procedures and protocols.**Responsibilities**:- Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, degreasing, and polishing to ensure proper adhesion of brush nickel finish.- Monitor the plating process to ensure consistent and high-quality finishes, inspect finished products for defects, and make necessary adjustments.- Perform regular maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure proper functionality and prevent downtime.- Follow safety protocols and guidelines for handling chemicals, disposing of waste, and maintaining a safe working environment.- Maintain accurate records of process parameters, material usage, and production data.- Coordinate with other team members, supervisors, and quality control personnel to meet production goals and resolve any issues.**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday- Night shift
