Operator Chemical Cleaning (Surface Treatment)

Skills and Qualifications:- Prior experience in chemical handling or surface treatment operations preferred.- Knowledge of chemical cleaning processes, equipment, and safety protocols.- Understanding of surface preparation techniques such as degreasing, descaling, and chemical etching.- Ability to follow strict safety guidelines and procedures.- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records/documentation.- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.- Adaptability to changing priorities and a willingness to learn new techniques and technologies.- High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training or certifications in chemical handling or surface treatment processes are advantageous.**Key Responsibilities**:- Safely handle and manage chemicals used in the cleaning processes, following established safety protocols and procedures to mitigate risks.- Operate specialized machinery and equipment involved in chemical cleaning processes, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to operational guidelines.- Execute cleaning procedures on surfaces according to specifications, including degreasing, descaling, and other surface treatments, while maintaining quality standards.- Monitor and inspect surfaces before and after chemical cleaning to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies related to chemical handling, disposal, and workplace safety.- Maintain accurate records of chemical usage, process parameters, equipment maintenance, and quality checks as required by company protocols and regulatory standards.- Coordinate with team members, engineers, and supervisors to optimize processes, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.- Stay updated on new techniques, technologies, and safety procedures through training sessions and self-directed learning to enhance skills and knowledge in chemical cleaning operations.**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday- Night shift
