**Work Location**Worldwide Logistics Marine (M) Sdn BhdD3A-02, Skypark One City, Jalan USJ 25/1, 47650 Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.**Responsibilities**:**Export**- Guide shipper for the requirement from customer to ensure shipper properly- follow customer expectation- Communicate with shipper for booking and request to customer for shippingapproval timely before shipment is proceed- Place booking space to carrier or co loader as per guideline of departmentdirection to protect space and equipmentand loaded container departure form Warehouse for CFS/CY shipment tomeet the CY cut of at port- Release container to appropriate shipper as approved by customer- Prepare and confirm MBL to meet carrier's SI cut off time- Issue an accurate original house bill of lading/FCR to shipper- Ensure c losing shipment settlement within 5 calendar days of COB- Follow up wither Service Provider of container pick up, stuffing container- Release MBL, Surrender or Telex Release to Shipper after received payment or notes from shipper.**Import**Shipment Release D/O or Agency Service- Received Pre-Alert from Agent at Oversea Such as MBL and HBL- Send HBL to real consignee for confirm HBL and submit to carrier for Manifest to customs- Checking Arrival date with carrier and send Arrival Letter to consignee- Check Surrender or Telex Release before shipment arrive POD, avoid late pick container- Arrange Payment THC and Local charge / Ocean Freight charge to carrier for collect DO- Issue INV and Debit to Customer- Booking E-DO to port for release containers to customer after received payment or shipment surrender**Shipment Clearance and Trucking**- Received Pre-Alert Document from agent or Shipper such as INV, PL & BL and check information matching together- Send Document to customer for confirm- Received carrier INV THC & Arrival Notice and pass to broker for arrange payment for collect DO ( some shipment settle by myself base on quotation agreement)- Follow approval Document, Clearance Time and inform customer for unloading- Follow up trucking until container arrived customer safety- Issue INV or Debit Note to customer as quotation confirmation- Update SOA send to customer- Must have experience in TP trade**Requirements**:- Minimum 3 years of experience in the international logistics industry- Strong ability on logistics system, booking online, control payment & close Job file before cut off time- Knowledge on Malaysia import/ export procedure- Strong ability to persuade, motivate and influence others- Ability to prioritize, multi task and manage time effectively- Fluent in English- Mandarin speaking skill to communicate with internal colleagues and external customers.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Free parkingSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer Care Specialist: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
