Perform tank truck loading stewarding by verifying driver complying with tank truck loading procedure including driver setting correct volume and filling of tank truck compartment per Delivery Note & FAN. Record and report any malfunctioning of Accuload meter, Gauge product level and temperature from storage tank daily. Perform housekeeping at TTLR areas & terminal.Marine Barge loadingAssembly of hoses and loading equipment at the jetty. Perform safety check and loading function by setting volume and filling of barge compartment per delivery note.Marine Receipt & Inter tank transferPerform marine loading arm connection and assembly of receiving equipment. Take individual ship tank sample from marine vessel. Conduct density, flash point and appearance test on ship's samples : Take hourly sample from receiving pipeline. Perform opening gauge before receiving and conduct density test. Record hourly discharge rate. Perform hourly inspection on pipeline, hose and other receiving facilities during receiving. Perform dye injection & SDA injection during receiving. Perform hourly line walks during receiving at manifold. Perform closing gauge after receiving. Perform duty as jetty man to supervise the operation and safe pumping of product at marine loading arm to jetty manifold. Gauge product level tank after settling time together with Lead Operator & Surveyor .Execute water draw off from tanks as per terminal procedure. Transfer crews to Chevron Prai Marine facilities and monitor mooring/unmooring operations.PME Receipt & StorageTake individual compartment sample from tank truck. Complete discharge checklist together with drivers and make all targeted hose, valve connection Conduct 5 point test: Density, Flash point, Water content and appearance on samples taken. Record quantity received from the accuload meter in the checklist. Perform weekly water draw off from PME tank. Perform weekly water content test on sample taken from storage tanks.Additive receipt and StoragePerform inspection on drum condition and labeling. Verify product code as per Delivery Note from Supplier. Stacking of additive at drum yard. Perform additive top up for day tank as and when required.Assist Lead Operator to oversee planned/unplanned maintenance activities such as but not limited to fire and safety equipment, pipeline, tank truck loading rack, storage tank, valves, forklift, environmental protection equipments, emergency response equipments, tank gauging facilities, office building, calibration of equipments, critical equipments such as product pumps and Chevron boat.Others:To maintain good house-keeping for terminal. Paint touch up, stacking of equipment, sampling warehouse, hoses and cleanliness of the terminal. Cleaning of oil water separator and drainConduct sea patrolling & comply with ISPS guidances.Draw water sample from underground monitoring well weekly to visual check for presence of oil.Conduct Monthly Terminal Inspection checklist with Lead Operator and highlight action required to Operations Manager.Participate in Safety Meetings, Stand Downs, Human Organizational Performance (HOP), Safeguards Learning Tools(SLT),Lean Six Sigma as white belt,5S initiative/housekeeping works, fire drills, quarterly security drills, yearly oil spill drill and all other operational meeting as and when required.Required Qualifications:Must have valid seafarers and boatman license.At least 1 year work experienceWilling to work on shiftProficient in English and Bahasa MalaysiaAble to manage a team, manage customer focus, and good time management skillsTeam player and good communications skillsAble to perform firefighting roleGood computer skill setsAble to work independentlyFit to works without any medical/health condition restriction.Relocation Options:Relocation will not be considered.International Considerations:Expatriate assignments will not be considered.Chevron regrets that it is unable to sponsor employment Visas or consider individuals on time-limited Visa status for this position.Chevron is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.?
