Key Responsibility

1 Handling of regulatory affairs matters pertaining to JAIS, JAKIM, NPRA and any other
governmental bodies
2 Liaising and negotiating when necessary with various parties to ensure the successful
registation of company's product within the timeline.
3 Provide up-to-date information on regulations and other advices and suggestions.
4 Involvement in third party/governmental or customers audits.
5 In Charge of the entire spectrum of Quality Assurance & Control Function.
6 Establish, Implement and enforce the QA/QC SOP
7 Liaise closely and work together with all other section including Lab, Purchasing, Production
and Sales pertaining to Quality issues covering Material, Production and Finished Products.
8 Carry out inspection and keeping tract on rejects and rework production.
9 Performing quality audits of all activities and follow up on implementation.
10 Providing support in achieving and follo up on implementation.
11 Assisting in product testing, troubleshooting and problem solving
12 Perform other duties assigned by immediate superior at all times.

Job Description:

1 Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Digree in any field, preferrab ly in Life Science or
Food Technology
2 Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
3 At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4 Preferably Executive specializing in QA/QC
5 Hands on experience in QA/QC operation in a manufacturing environment.
6 Experience in GMP. HACCP and regulatory affairs matters related to food product is an
added advantage.
7 Had attended a HALAL course and has a certificate of that course
