Operator / Production Staff

**Responsibilities**:- JOB REQUIREMENTS:- Studies/Administration/Management/ Business Studies/Marketing or equivalent- 2. Experience and knowledge in government projects are an added advantage- 3. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia (Good), English (Good)- 4. At least 1 year of working experience- 5. Possess own transport- 6. Applicants must be able to travel for meetings with clients.- 7. Demonstrate good working knowledge and understanding of the industry, market and- competitors- 8. A strong commitment towards business development and demonstrate professionalism- 9. Excellent customer service and negotiation skills- 10. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply- JOB RESPPONSIBILITIES:- 1. Find and contact new leads to send company proposal and establish a rapport- 2. Travelling and meeting clients whenever schedule arranged by the management- 3. Carry out sufficient follow-ups with prospects and continue pursue good customer service- 4. Conduct research on upcoming projects for new market share- 5. Able to address customer needs and suggest solutions for them effectively- 6. Committed to daily sales planning schedule prepared by sales coordinator and work along- with sales coordinator to achieve the target- 7. Prepare weekly report, update clients details systematically- 8.
