**Skills and Qualifications**:- Understanding of environmental factors affecting surface treatments and the ability to maintain controlled conditions.- Ability to conduct quality inspections and use relevant testing equipment.- Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety practices.- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Physical ability to lift/move materials and perform tasks within the sheltered environment.**Key Responsibilities**:- Set up and prepare the sheltered area for surface treatment operations, ensuring cleanliness and appropriate environmental conditions.- Monitor and regulate environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and ventilation to ensure optimal conditions for surface treatments.- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or environmental hazards.- Inspect surfaces before and after treatments to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.- Perform quality checks using appropriate testing methods and equipment to verify coating thickness, adhesion, and appearance.- Identify and rectify any defects or inconsistencies in surface treatments.- Maintain accurate records of materials used, process parameters, and quality inspection results.- Generate reports detailing completed tasks, material consumption, and any deviations from specifications.- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to supervisors.- Any others task assign by superior from time to time.**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday- Night shift
