Ensure that all the equipment are functioning efficiently- Monitoring daily activities at the car park including traffic and crowd movements- Maintains various record-keeping manuals/logs relative to the operational aspects of the Car Park.- Follow the Car Park operating procedures and manuals.- Prepares and submits reports to include incident and accident reports, maintenance defaults, customer complaints, and special requests from the Executives and above.- Promotes and creates a Customer Service Environment.- Check technical conditions of barriers, intercoms and automatic payment machines, and coordinate any request with the Executives and above.- Ensure each car park and level is attended to, clean and well-operational.- Participate in the daily collection procedures and reports to be submitted to the Finance department.- Print reports from the central parking management system and co-ordinate with Executives and above.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shift- Holidays- On callSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Overtime pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Terengganu: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)**Experience**:- Car Park Attendant: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)Expected Start Date: 12/01/2023
