Orchard Supervisor (Male)

**Recruit Orchard conservator**Responsibilities**:_- Responsible for maintaining and managing the orchard; ensuring the health and growth of the fruit trees.- Report the progress to the management, always submit target tasks, work reports, etc. on time.- Pruning and other orchard tasks completed according to seasonal and business requirements.- Orchard Teams supervised and work output meet compliance requirements- Inspecting and maintaining all orchard equipment- **Requirements**:_- Diploma in an agriculture-related field.- Knowledge of the orchard processes and husbandry practices will be advantage.- At least 3 years of hands-on orchard experience.- Must have own transport- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Bentong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- Where are you stay?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- hands-on orchard: 2 years (preferred)License/Certification:- driving license (preferred)
