Order Fulfilment Executive

**20%: Sales Support Tasks**- Check stock availability and prepare quotations.- Key Performance Indicators: Customer satisfaction scores, response time to queries.**30%: Order Processing Tasks**- Process and generate Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, Invoices, Credit Notes Returns for local sales orders accurately and promptly.- Ensure order entry is 98% of all orders received each day.- Monitor and update customers on delivery/indent status for unfulfilled Sales Orders.- Key Performance Indicators: Order accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.**40%: Internal Coordination Tasks**- Monitor and follow-up on inventory.- Provide accurate and timely advice to customers on delivery/indent status for Pre-Check and Repairs.- Greet and assist visitors; notify company personnel of visitor arrivals.- Receive and manage mails and parcels; arrange outgoing postage.- Generate reports (Sales Report, Backlog Orders), participate in trade visits, and support other functions.- Assist Sales Engineer in preparing quotations when they are unavailable.- Assist CS Manager in process flow mapping and desk instruction creation.- Key Performance Indicators: Inventory accuracy, visitor satisfaction, timely mail management.**10%: Customer Experience Improvement Tasks**- Assist CS & CX Manager in organizing and executing Customer Surveys on a smaller scale.- Key Performance Indicators: Survey participation, feedback incorporation, and overall improvement in customer satisfaction.**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Puchong Utama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
