Order Management Executive

**Position**:Order Management Executive**Working Location**:Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, KL**Salary**:Basic up to RM 3,400 (_**based on experiences & education**_)**Employment Type**:12 Months Contract (_**renewable based on performance**_)**Job Descriptions**:- Coordinates the storage and distribution operational nationwide, processing and order fulfilment.- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Inventory management, 3PL delivery performance SLA.- Liaise with 3PL for daily collection and closely monitor correct the sim delivery point.- Ensure courier material stock integrity at high level to avoid disruption and daily order processing and picking activities run smoothly.- Preparing weekly report and performing other ad-hoc duties when required.- Ensure the information enters correctly into the system to avoid undelivered sims.**Requirements**:- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Transportation/Logistics, Marketing or Business Administration, or other related field.- **Minimum 2 years experience in fast moving distribution center.**:- Good written and verbal communication skills in Malay and English.- **Strong experience in Order Management.**:- In depth understanding of telco distribution processes and start-up experience are added advantages.- **Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges.**:- **Strong sense of time organization and urgency and able to work independently and within a team.**:- Independent, with logical thinking and strong sense in problem solving.- Able to do ad-hoc tasks, when necessary, as per superior instruction.- Applicant(s) must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19.**Tag: nfh/plp/06092023****Job Types**: Full-time, Contract**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,400.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- Are you a Malaysian citizen?**Experience**:- Order Management: 2 years (required)
