**_Do you want to work with passionate teams, providing excellent business and digital services to the Asia Pacific region? _****_Do you want an open, supportive, and caring working environment?_****_ Do you view your development needs seriously as we do?_****_ If YES, then take your career to the #NextLevel with BASF !_****Objectives of the Position**The Team Lead, Customer Order Management will lead the customer service team to ensure an efficiently executed process with a consistent high level of service across ASEAN, ANZ, Taiwan for the Customer Service which is still with GB.**Main Tasks**Operations Management- Lead Customer Order Management officers for Front & Back office activities in KL Hub with the different models & interfaces- Develop team members' personal and technical skills to leverage overall team know-how and strong customer service performance- Provide support to all team members in cases of exception handling and ensure efficient back-up plans for all order management related activities and tools- Minimize risk in documentary trade by ensuring proper review and execution of letters of credit- Work closely with country CSO organizations and suppliers to ensure accuracy of order information throughout the entire process - from initial order entry to final delivery status- Provide proactive notification to concerned parties when situations changePerformance Management- Drive efficiency and effectiveness within the organization while ensuring a high level of customer focus- Utilize system reports and KPIs to monitor and ensure compliance with global processes- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all documents required in the process- Work closely with all parties to continuously improve delivery reliabilityPeople Development and Management- Manage the employee development process in setting target agreements, conducting performance reviews, and creating development plan- Ensure effective engagement of self and team members and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to achieve the desired outcomes**Requirements**:Education- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent, supply chain management, logisticsWorking Experience- Minimum 3-5 years in SCM / Logistics area of which minimum 2 years of management, supervisory or team lead experience within customer service / supply chain environment or team lead experience within supply chain environmentTechnical & Professional Knowledge- Supply Chain Management / process knowledge, strong SAP (SD module) experience, operational order management, foreign documentary trade, analytical thinking, leading with key performance indicators, good communication skills.**BASF Asia-Pacific Service Centre was established in 2005.
