Job Description Open Position: Organisation Change Management Lead (Well-Established Organisation) A well-established organisation in is currently looking for Organisation Change Management Lead to join them and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office. You will be working closely with Corporate Strategy PMO team to drive and implement Change Management initiatives for the organisation. Key responsibilities include: Experience in driving and implementing medium to large Organisation and Business Change Management projects Leading project from concept through completion from strategic planning, risk mitigation, business impact, communication planning and etc to achieve desired business results Define, develop, and drive the execution of the overall change and implementation strategies based on the business transformation program management roadmap Define and manage execution of Training Strategies and Plans Good experience in dealing with different stakeholders from HR, Finance, Business, Marketing and etc with ability to communicate and build rapport If you are interested, please share your CV to ******  for a confidential discussion.
