Osh Coordinator

Monitor & promote staff adherence to HSE policies- Responsible for monitoring all HSE performances (at all jobsites) delivery on HSE objectives, metrics, and KPIs.- Ensure required safety meetings are conducted, documented, and reported monthly- Create safety presentations as needed.- Have a knowledge regarding JSAs, HIRARC, CHRA, Method Statements- Perform HSE inspections of offices, jobsites and wherever required.- Participate in lead investigations (e.g., accidents, incidents, faults, non-conformances, customer complaints), including the preparation/facilitation of Nura's procedures, generating Corrective/Preventive actions and reporting into databases appropriately.- Prepare and/or review Lessons Learned and Safety Alerts for the companies.- Organize fire alarm and fire drill testing as required.- Manage special projects & other duties as it related to HSE procedures and as assigned by Management.- Represent the Management and liaise with DOSH, DOE and other Government Regulatory Authorities whenever required & ensure a consistent updating of all related DOSH required docs.- Coordinate Safety audits & trainings whenever required.- Assist in other tasks as requested by the Management- Must willing to travel when required.Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parkingSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonusApplication Deadline: 04/08/2023
