Oss/ Team Leader

1. Familiar with vendor's wireless optimization Tools2. Have experience in for OSS KPI analysis and Optimization.3. Able to troubleshoot and provide solution for problems related to network optimization, technical analysis and handle customer/VIP complaint.4. Able to do Radio Network Parameter optimization.5. Have experienced in RF Babysitting(BBS),Antenna Swap and SSO.6. Experience on project management will be more preferable.Job Requirement:1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in (Computer/Telecommunication). Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.2. at least 2 years and/or above of RF experiences or related industry.3. Required an in-depth understanding of the details surrounding Radio Frequency (RF) network design capacity planning optimization and performance engineering.4. The RF network design skills and knowledge required for the positions will include the ability to develop theoretical RF designs utilizing all aspects of propagation tools (such as Atoll, Asset, 3G, Planet, iBwave, etc)5. Must have project management and report writing abilities.6. Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills7. Collaborative and open to changes and challenge.8.
