Global Company- Excellent remuneration package- OTC Billing Assistant ManagerCurrently, our Shared Service client who is part of a Global Company is looking for an OTC Billing Assistant Manager to join them.**Key Responsibilities**:- Provide the billing team with suitable training, covering tax regulations, other entities, billing policies and procedures.- Actively engage in process improvement initiatives.- Ensure consistent achievement of KPIs.- Guide the billing team through the performance management process.- Offer support for escalated partner or engagement team billing inquiries.- Review monthly reports for action, including time clearance, inactive partners report, location report and billing statistics report.- Verify that the team's work complies with the firm's policies.- Audit processed requests and promptly report errors, working with the team to prevent recurring errors.- Report non-compliant requests with the firm's policy to the Operations Manager.- Identify tax-related issues with invoicing and ensure that the billing team consistently follows these tax regulations.- Update the billing system and customer files with issued invoices.- Collaborate with Finance team to effectively resolve discrepancies, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure the smooth, timely, and accurate flow of invoicing and communication to enhance productivity, organizational efficiency, and maximize cash flow.- Work as a team to achieve Service Level Agreements for the process and individual targets, and suggest improvements in the process.- Concentrate on performance to meet expected levels in terms of daily quantity and quality work standards.- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, federal and provincial regulations, guidelines, and contractual requirements.**Key Requirements**:- Possess a Degree in Accounting / Finance.- Possess more than 5 years of relevant experience.- Possess strong understanding of Billing function.- Possess SAP experience.- Possess strong Excel skills.- Possess leadership experience.- Possess strong communication and critical thinking skills.- Proficient in English and/or Mandarin to communicate effectively and efficiently with global stakeholders.**Adecco Kuala Lumpur | JTKSM 375C****Responsibilities**:ExperienceEducationAdecco is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.The Adecco Group is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
