An international recruiting agency **HedgeHog** is looking for an **Outbound Sales Manager**.Our company-client provides transportation logistics services across the USA, Canada, and Mexico. A company with sustainable values, where everyone is treated with honesty and respect.**Key Responsibilities**:- Crafting effective sales strategies to achieve company goals, such as revenue targets and market expansion;- Identify and pursue potential clients through face-to-face interactions, networking events, and referrals, travelling within sales territory;- Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally;- Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts;- Keeping abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.- Work closely with the marketing department to help build the brand.**Qualifications**:- 4-5 years of B2B sales and customer relationship management experience in Logistics;- Experience with the sea/air transportation, current market pricing and check it daily;- Own customer base (we can transport different cargo).
