Outdoor Broadcast Technician

**The Personnel will be responsible to / for**:- Broadcast Equipment Setup at various on-location broadcast sites.- Operate and monitor all broadcast equipment during live events, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted transmission.- Make real-time adjustments as necessary to maintain video and audio quality.- Perform regular maintenance and routine checks on all broadcast equipment to ensure optimal performance.- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems that may arise during live broadcasts.- Manage signal routing, switching, and distribution systems to ensure the correct transmission of video and audio signals between various sources and destinations.- To positively contribute to team working in the company.- To execute additional assignments) or tasks) from time to time as agreed and/or instructed by direct superior.**We are looking for someone who possesses**:- SPM or Diploma in Broadcast Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).- Strong positive attitude and a high level of enthusiasm, coupled with a keen interest in continuous learning.- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality broadcasts.- Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as live events require.- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various broadcast locations.- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusApplication Deadline: 12/15/2023
