Order Processing:- Work closely with the sales team to accurately process orders, maintaining a high standard of precision and timeliness.- Communicate with customers to provide updates on order status and delivery times.3. Issue Resolution:- Address and resolve logistics-related issues or complaints promptly, working collaboratively with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.4. Inventory Management:- Manage inventory levels to guarantee products are readily available for sale, optimizing stock levels for operational efficiency.5. Cost Management:- Monitor transportation costs, negotiate rates with carriers, and ensure cost-effective delivery of products.6. Record Keeping and Reporting:- Maintain accurate records of logistics operations, including shipping documents, delivery receipts, and invoices.- Prepare reports on logistics operations and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.7. Relationship Management:- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, carriers, and suppliers to ensure smooth logistics operations.8.
