Outdoor Service Technician

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a similar field. At least 2 years of work experience as a technician or engineer, preferrably in the packaging machinery industry. Must have basical Electrical and Mechnical Engineering knowledge. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to collaborate with several departments. High-level of attention to detail. Willingness to learn. Possesses a valid driver's license. Able to travel outstation to perform customer outdoor service duties from time to time. Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests before releasing machines to ensure the machine conforms to company quality standards. Maintaining and preserving documentation for audit purposes. Taking direction and executing on mechanical troubleshooting. Receives instructions on specific assignment objectives, complex features, and possible solutions. Perform ad hoc tasks from time to time as required by superiors.
