Outlet Manager (Kiosk Pau) - Aeon Nilai

You will oversee Pau Kiosk name Emran Pau.**Job Scope**:- Oversee the daily operations of outlet for smooth operations.- Plan and assist daily workloads to outlet associates.- Establish operational strategies to meet quality and customer service standards.- Maintain the outlet facility clean and safe.- Obtain customer feedbacks and recommend necessary outlet operational changes.- Schedule orientations and job trainings to outlet associates.- Organize regular meetings to discuss about issues and updates.- Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner.- Organize special events and entertainments to attract more customers - based on company promotions.- Address customer queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction.- Develop cost-effective operational plan to achieve outlet goals.- Assist in cash handling activities and develop expense and revenue reports.- Contributes to achieving profitability through cost controls and shift management.- Take monthly inventories with monitor supplies and maintain an optimum stock level so as to meet their customer's demand.- Avoid excess and detect waste for optimum profit without affecting the company's performance.- Manage and focus on safety and health standards in order to make sure that your teams have good knowledge on safe working condition.- Assume other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time.- To maintain within budget at all times.**Requirement**:- A minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience.- Outspoken personality- love to meet and communicate with people.- Independent, and ability to maintain confidentiality.- Well organized with strong time management skills.**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus
