Outlet Manager (Palm Mall, Seremban)

Responsibilities:1. Fully responsible for supervising, guiding, and improving employees' overall performance2. Schedule monthly duty roster for all the staffs3. Motivate staffs' enthusiasm to help store achieve monthly sales target4. Actively collect market information and report to company5. Handling customer complaints and problems6. Carry the company instruction and complete tasks assigned by the management7. Responsible for stock take, ordering, and monitoring stock levels8. Ensure smooth running in the day to day outlet operations in compliance to company policies, procedures and standard.Requirement:1. Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent with proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English2. Possess leadership, excellent management, interpersonal and communication skills3. Mature, dynamic and committed team leader4.
