Outlet Supervisor - Tanjung Malim

**Responsibilities**:- Great customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu.- Input orders into a system and accept payment using a credit card reader or cash register, calculating change accurately and quickly as required.- Work together with the kitchen team to prepare foods & beverages while following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements.- Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily.- Communicate effectively with team members and management to create work schedules, train new employees, and resolve any interpersonal issues as needed.- Records purchases, maintains database & performs physical count of inventory.- Handle guests' concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy.**Requirements**:- At least 1 year working experience in related industry.- Results driven with passion in customer service industry.- Honest with strong integrity.- Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills and well groomed.- Good communication skills (Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia).Benefits:- Overtime Pay- Sales Incentive- Attendance Allowance- EPF, SOCSO & EIS- Annual Leave- Medical LeavePay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion
