We are looking for a P2P Service Delivery Lead (SDL) to focus on delivering initiatives aligned to the broader GSK strategies. The SDL will have an emphasis on Delivery/ Operational responsibilities, Service Planning & Evolution, Customer Relationship Management and People/Team Management.

Such role will require appreciation of P2P E2E process, projects as well as BPO oversight for activities performed remotely via a Service provider once transitioned.

Key Responsibilities

Driving delivery and performance of P2P services across APAC including 3rd party Invoice Processing, Payment Processing, Travel & Expense Reimbursement, Vendor Master Data, Intercompany Processing, Operation Compliance & Reporting, Help Hub & Procurement Operation Center and month end, inquiries and audit support through BPO.

Accountable for day to day BPO delivery of operations, resolving market/customer issues and proactively identifying any issues or risks to the service from the GFS.

Escalating issues through Service Centre governance, where required.

Working closely with third party providers, global or local process expert to ensure delivery in line with established service levels and service line strategy.

Driving standard practices and consistency in service delivery across the region through GSK policies, tools and processes

Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level agreements (SLAs)
Controls

Ensuring robust BCP and risk Management of internal controls and regulatory compliance are met through applicable policies, procedures and processes performed by BPO.

Monitoring control testing results and ensuring mitigations plans are effective.

Support/work with project team to deliver project deliverables related to P2P activities/area.

Ideally, we are looking for a Finance professional with the below:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting qualification.

5 years’ experience in P2P leadership positions and process improvement.

Excellent analytical skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems

Highly developed management and leadership skills

Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with and influence users/vendors remotely

Ability to work in culturally diverse teams and reconcile cultural differences to successfully deliver services (Local Market, BPO, Functional team, GPO)
