Contract type:- Permanent- Location:- Kuala Lumpur- Specialisation:- Reference:- PR/156273- Contact details:- Choy Yee Wong- Job published:- November 22, 2023 10:25**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**- Collaborate closely and efficiently with the Director to ensure he is well-informed about upcoming commitments and responsibilities, with appropriate follow-ups.- Manage the Director's schedule, overseeing the seamless execution of meetings, deadlines, presentations, and other responsibilities.- Arrange travel plans for the Director, including coordinating flights, accommodations, and other itinerary details.- Serve as a communication bridge between the Director and internal departments to facilitate smooth interactions.- Work in tandem with the Director's driver to organize transportation and outstation arrangements.- Attend and provide translation services during meetings, facilitating effective communication between Korean and English speakers.- Interpret and translate verbal and written communications between Korean and English for the Director.- Offer administrative support as needed.**JOB REQUIREMENTS**- Have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience.- Demonstrate high proficiency in spoken and written Korean, English, and Malay.- Preferably, have a background in business management and/or personal assistant (PA) services.- #LI-JACMY- #cityselangor
