Not only consulting for academic aspect, but they are also resourceful in employment opportunities, in which they have the access to alumni data, and powerful networks in various fields such as investment banking and renowned hotels, helping students to identify a suitable career path.**Job Scope**:- Handle administrative tasks such as conducting research, drafting summaries or reports, organizing files and database, and coordinating appointments and bookings.- Gather ideas or information from the employer, then compile and structure it into coherent and organized document.- Create designs for social media posts, website content, PowerPoint presentations, and so on.- Maintain and Update company website with the use of Mobirise.- Manage company's social media platforms for marketing purposes.- Assist Hong Kong team as needed.**Job Requirements**:- Proficient in Cantonese and English.
