**Responsibilities**:- Reporting to directors and performing secretarial and administrative duties.- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.- Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.- Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of director, as well as his personal matters.- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.- Admin task assist with a special project whenever required**Requirement**- At least SPM with good communication and computer literatureAble to join immediately**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Health insurance- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay
