Paid Ads Specialist

**Responsibilities**:- Customizing ad campaigns for digital and social media platforms- Creating and implementing pay-per-click strategies for Google Ads and other platforms- Researching keywords and writing relevant ad copy- Optimizing Ads campaigns by targeting ads to specific demographics- Assessing analytics from advertising campaigns, such as impressions, conversion rates and click-through rates- Conducting testing to identify high-performing ads and optimize campaigns- Leveraging audience segmentation and targeting techniques to reach specific consumers- Generating performance reports for clients and executive team members- Providing suggestions to optimize future campaigns and improve performance- Allocating advertising budgets for each client based on their goals- Coordinating with team of marketers to ensure consistent messaging**Job Requirements**:- Able to speak in English and **Mandarin**:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.- Familiarity with Paid Ads tools- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics and various social media platforms- An understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)- Strong analytical skills, able to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize ads performance.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate Ads recommendations and insights to cross-functional teams.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple Ads projects and priorities.- Understanding of content marketing principles and how they relate to the Ads campaign.- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on staying up-to-date with the latest Ads trends and industry developments**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Dental insurance- Gym membership- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional development- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Performance bonus- Retention bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Bukit Mertajam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
