Paint Shop Engineering Engineer

Company :Inokom Corporation Sdn. Bhd.To coordinate layered process audit activity applicable to all models for all Paint Shop. Perform monthly process audit review with related parties to ensure all engineering processes meet principal requirements.To establish systematic tracking and documentation for process, parts, and tools validation for running production models.To perform monthly costing analysis related to direct and indirect consumable. To establish ideal consumable BOM for production line.To involve and collaborate with various supporting departments and to develop good communication networks to ensure smooth production activities during any new model introduction before mass production to make sure "DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME".To monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues and implement mitigation strategies.To work together with ME/IE team on the line layout for all models and to create the best process methodology to ensure production efficiency.To implement the cost reduction program without jeopardizing the quality as well as any KAIZEN programs and up to date PS calibration program.To liaise with various departments and establish well versed production Work Instruction (WI) are established and up to date for all vehicle models.To maintain accurate records of asset maintenance history, including work orders, parts inventory, and equipment specifications.To prepare the project paper and budgetary proposal for approval by the board of directors.About us :Inokom is involved in the assembly and manufacturing of light commercial vehicles as well as contract assembly. Its manufacturing facility is located in Padang Meha, Kulim, occupying 200 acres of freehold land. Production first commenced in August 1997.The Company is owned by a consortium of corporate shareholders, which constitutes of Sime Darby Motors Sdn.
