Painting Inspector

**REQUIREMENTS**- **Minimum SPM or equivalent academic qualification.**:- **Hold the following certificate which shall be kept current and valid at all times**:**a)AMPP Level II or IMM Certified Coating Inspector Level II / BGAS CSWIP, or equivalent****b)Minimum of THREE (3) years' relevant experience in blasting and painting inspection including offshore/onshore site experience,**- **Based in Sabah**:- **Have a valid T-Bosiet & Offshore Medical**:- **Duration period (Freelance) : March 2024 to August 2024****ATTRIBUTES**- **Knowledgeable in insulation and Passive Fire Protection (PFP)**:- **Be fully conversant with mechanical catalogues, general arrangement (GA), P&ID and other related drawings for the mechanical and piping equipment and installation.**:- **Have a sound knowledge of International Standards and codes relating to oil and gas industry, structure, pipelines, pressure vessels and process facilitiese.g. ASME, AWS, API, ASTM, SSPC, BGAS, and NACE standard specifications and statutory body (DOSH) related to corrosion control and monitoring activities.**:- **Be able to read and interpret on engineering drawings.**:- **Be able to review and comment painting procedures.**:- **Be able to review, comment and approve inspection reports prepared by painting inspectors.**:- **Be able to solve problems and perform work under pressure and with a high degree of efficiency.**:- **Have leadership quality and be able to coordinate and supervise other Painting Inspectors organize work.**:- **Be able to mentor and provide guidance other Painting Inspectors in painting inspection related work activities.**:- **Preferably with offshore working experience as Painting Inspector****Job Types**: Contract, FreelanceContract length: 6 monthsPay: From RM400.00 per daySchedule:- Monday to Friday
