Paralegal

The incumbent will support all enquiries/matters in relation to legal matters and provide general legal advice for the group company.- Support in the vetting, reviewing, and drafting of contracts, company policies and legal documents.- Managing standard contracts and maintaining accurate contract records- Monitoring of legal documentation from initial to completion stage.- Monitor changes and updates to relevant laws and regulations**Requirement**:- At least 2 years of experience in related experience- Relevant legal knowledge- Excellent writing skills- Proactive- Meticulous- Complete review of all company policies, including but not limited to rules & regulations, JSOX documentation, contracts, and agreement.**Salary**: RM4,500.00 per month**Language**:- Bahasa (preferred)- English (required)
