Part Time Customer Service

**Responsibilities**- Handle customer complaints- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits- Keep records of customer interactions- Process customer accounts and file documents- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction**Requirements**:- Required to work from 1 - 14 April 2024- Proven customer support experience- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively- At least one (1) year experienced in customer service**Job Type**: Part-time**Salary**: RM12.00 per hourAbility to commute/relocate:- Taman Tun Dr Ismail: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)Expected Start Date: 04/20/2024
