Human Resources:- Responsible for attendance management, leave, and disciplinary records.- Responsible for monthly payroll, EPF, Socso and others.- Well verse in all government rules & regulation under the employment act.- To handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors.Administration:- Provide administrative support to various departments, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.- Act as a liaison between the organization and clients, ensuring clear and efficient communication.- Assist in maintaining and organizing office records, files, and databases.- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.- Handle phone calls and inquiries in both English and Chinese, addressing concerns and directing them to the appropriate personnel.- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless workflow and efficient cross-cultural communication.- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.Working Hours: 1.30-3.30pm (Mon-Fri)**Job Type**: Part-time**Salary**: From RM150.00 per weekExpected hours: 10 per weekSchedule:- Day shift**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
