**Job Title**: Retail Sales Associate - Raya Promotion Booth (Omar Ali)**Location**: Alamanda, Putrajaya**Duration**: 15th March 2024 to 9th April 2024**Job Summary**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.- Provide detailed product information and advice to customers.- Assist customers with fitting and selections of Raya attire.- Process sales transactions efficiently and handle cash and card payments.- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the team.- Maintain the appearance and visual standards of the booth.- Restock products as needed to ensure availability.- Manage and resolve customer concerns or queries promptly.- Work collaboratively with team members to meet booth objectives.- Report to the Booth Manager with daily sales figures and customer feedback.**Requirements**:- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.- Flexible availability to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings.- A friendly, engaging, and energetic personality.- Knowledge of traditional Raya attire is a plus.**Employment Type**: Temporary (Part-Time)**Hours**: Shifts between 10:00 am and 10:00 pm, with flexible scheduling available (10am-4pm, 4pm-10pm, however Full Day shift is preferred.**Pay**:- Half-Day Shifts : RM7/hour +1% Commission- Full-Day Shifts : RM1,800 +1% Commission for 26 days**Job Type**: Part-time**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per monthExpected hours: No less than 42 per weekSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay**Experience**:- Retail: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Malay (required)Ability to Commute:- Putrajaya (required)Application Deadline: 03/13/2024Expected Start Date: 03/15/2024
