Part-Time Retail Associate (Ioi City Mall)

The **Part-Time Retail Associate **is responsible in providing superior customer service, placing importance on brand experience and customer engagement. He/she will also serve as the brand ambassador, building strong relationships with the customers and meeting store targets by generating sales opportunities.- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service- Consistently demonstrate the Under Armour selling standards in order to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals- Develop and implement cross-selling strategies for appropriate products- Outfit the customer by suggesting key looks and incorporating latest trends and current promotions based on the customer's individual style- Remain knowledgeable on products so as to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales- Execute efficient and effective handling of all merchandise from shipment processing, floor sets, markdown optimization and replenishment systems while maintaining backroom standardsHiring locations:- Putrajaya: IOI City Mall**Are you the right person that we are looking for**:- Able to communicate in local dialects will be an advantage;- At least one year experience in retail industry;- Preferable with working experience in sports retail;- Able to work with retail hours such as weekends and public holidays;- Sales-oriented and good communication skill;- Good working attitude, responsibility and punctuality**Job Types**: Part-time, TemporaryContract length: 4 months**Salary**: RM10.00 per hour**Benefits**:- Gym membershipSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Putrajaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- STM/STPM (required)Expected Start Date: 11/20/2023
