**You responsibilities will be plentiful**:You would be reporting directly to the Country Manager and are ultimately responsible in uncovering new business opportunities. You will be involved in identifying and developing partnerships which will eventually lead to uncovering new customers, financial growth and profitability within our organization.**Key Duties: -**Work closely with the leadership team to design a partnerships strategy and planTrack and report on new business pipeline versus goals and strategy and plan implementation.Develop a partnership strategy and plan in collaboration with the leadership team.You'll work with our partners to create the customer experience the most interesting and unique in the market.You would need to Identify industries / companies that we should and can partner with for business growthYou'll help to assure that our partners and operations have the most effective approaches possible.You will lead the company forward by enhancing our ties with our partners and allowing them to expand more quickly.Analyze performance of each partnershipAssist prospects and new clients by acting as a trusted point of contact.Responsible for planning and developing campaign strategies to drive growth.**We love to see if you have**:At least 3 years working experience, preferably in a startup backgroundAn ability to demonstrate a hustle beyond the traditional jobExcellent problem solving skillsGreat in negotiation and decision making capabilitiesAble to work independentlyData driven mindsetFluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
