**Responsibilities**:- Ensure sufficient stock keeping and process handling in the parts department.- Monitor incoming and outgoing parts processing and delivery, ensure information flow for HQ, principal and branches.- Compile reports for parts inventory ageing, parts turnover ratio, stock count variances from branches for management review.- Ensure parts and accessories are correctly labelled and up-to-date information material (catalogues, brochures, leaflets, etc.) are presented/kept correctly in branches.- Issue and compile documentation when sending parts and accessories.- Ensure all outlets have enough stock with continuous communication with station managers.- Support outlets with urgent requirements of parts with coordination of suppliers.- Report to AM / GM if any suppliers are not following the SOP agreed with them.- Check and ensure all outlets stock room are arranged as per SOP.- Frequent visit of outlets to ensure the technical staff are following the store process and inventory control.- Timely check of stocks in outlets and self-audit. Any discrepancies must be reported to AM / GM- Ensure the invoice have proper parts mentioned and rates as decided by the management.- Identify weak process points and service, identify solution for parts management.- Check warranty and goodwill processes in accordance with guidelines and under customer-oriented considerations.- Ensure branch compliance to all parts-related guidelines, regulations and requirements from lawmakers, public authorities, principal and the manufacturer.- Support the implementation of strategies and measures to increase market shares for parts and accessories.- Coordinate and communicate with parts suppliers for proper stock of parts.- Ensure the suppliers are paid and keep tracking of payment.
