Parts Qa Technician

**Job Brief**:Assist in monitoring the team.**Responsibilities**:- To assist in monitoring the team to assure that Quality of the incoming part is met according to the specifications given.- To assist in ensuring the quality of parts and timely deliveries by the team meet requirements.- Communicate with other Team Leader when necessary including immediate information regarding any defects on individual processes.- To assist in basic technical issues at the absence of any immediate superior and support the team when lacking of manpower.- To assist in reviewing, updating and delegating work to respective operator of their daily/ week operation.- Train and develop operators to achieve higher level of handling and machine operating skill.- Assist in providing solution, supervise and judge the performance and ability of the operators.- Carry out and implement the ISO 14000, 18000, 9001 quality system and procedure and other duties when directed.- Ensure work area clean and tidy and adhere to company's 5S policy.- Ensure safety guidelines are followed.- Authorized to drive company car to bring sample for IQC inspection from either from SIC to BMMY or from BMMY to SIC.**Job Requirements**:- Qualification : Minimum Certificate/ Diploma in Electrical & Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.- Experience : Fresh graduate are encourage apply; preferably with more than 1 years experience in manufacturing environment is an added advantage.- Skill : Must have knowledge in engineering drawing and able to use measuring instrument.- Language : Basic communication skills in English (Especially verbal).
