Pastry Assistant

Preparing a wide variety of goods such as cakes and bread.- Creating new and exciting cakes, breads to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers with the latest trends.- Decorating pastries using diffrent icings, toppigs and to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting.- Monitors stocks for baking ingrediants such as flour, sugar and make appropriate orders within budget.- Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking.- Monitor cleanliness of the bakery section.- Follows proper handlng and right temperature of all food products.- Monitor all pastry and dessert preparation and presentation.- Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues or unsafe practices and procedures to managements immediately.- Make sure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Meal providedSchedule:- Day shift- Evening shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay
