Payroll Analyst - Malaysia

Job Description Responsibilities 1. Responsible for monthly payroll activities such as collating and validating inputs, output and statutory payments.
2. With proven track record in providing high standard of payroll verification and checking skills.
3. Managing and improving payroll operations.
4. Experience in legal and compliance audits in payroll, such as income taxes, statutory social securities.
5. Effectively manage payroll vendors by strictly adhering to the contract and SLA.
6. Develop relationships with local authorities, not limited to Social Security, Tax, etc.
7. Partnering and work collaboratively with HR Business Partners, HR Operations team to elevate employee experience.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Hands-on, strong functional knowledge and a minimum of 3 years inhouse payroll operation experience.
3. Payroll and tax knowledge in Malaysia.
4. Strong vendor management and project management skills.
5. Strong influence and stakeholder management skills.
6. Excellent English and Malay.
7. Preferably with an added language.
