If you are a highly skilled **Finance Assistant **who has a creative mind and passionate about delivering, then get ready to join our company!**Day-to-Day Responsibilities****Account Receivables**- Provide Accounts Receivable (AR) transaction processing to customer- Process Intercompany Invoices- Generate statement of accounts to customer and perform customer reconciliation for customer or Auditor- Process incoming receipts made by customer in daily basis- Generate AR Report Updates (Daily, Monthly) in accordance with company's requirements- Intercompany Transactions Clearing- Prepare Intercompany Reporting, regular review intercompany mismatch- Credit Control, liaise with customer & Business**Treasurer/ GL Process**- Perform Bank Account daily and monthly reconciliation- Prepare Cash Reports in accordance with company requirement- Prepare Payment release to 3rd Party Vendor & Intercompany- Handle supplier Queries relating to payments- Process Bank guarantee request- GL journal posting- Fixed Asset Management- Any other assigned job**What We Are Looking For**We look for big thinkers.
