We embrace a culture of teamwork & creativity and are driven by our values - Integrity, Proactivity, Collaboration and Creativity.Roles & ResponsiblitiesMonthly payrolls – ensuring all aspects of the payroll cycle of including tax, benefits, wages etc. are processed, reconciled, and transmitted accurately and timelyEnsure all payroll operations are compliance with statutory law & regulations and align with corporate HR-Payroll polices and strategiesProvide support to country HR and finance in term of payroll related matters, including third party payment, GL distribution, payroll funding process, external/internal audit, and statutory filingsSupport in-house projects in term of payroll mattersHandle employees' Q&A in terms of payroll mattersMaintain updated payroll Statement of Work (SOW) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) timelyRequirements:QualificationsBachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resource, International Business, Actuarial Science, Finance, Tax or AccountingFresh graduates are welcomed, 1-2 years' work experience in Payroll would be added advantageProficient in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelFluency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal)Meticulous, detail-oriented and organized. Have work ethics, able to maintain confidentiality of payroll tasksFast learner, independent, responsible, and good team player.
